We are Katharina & Roland Mosheim.
Katharina grew up in a beautiful place in Salzkammergut/Austria called Altmünster surrounded by mountains with a fantastic lake view on to the Traun lake. Her many travels with her family and by herself to the vineyards of southern Styria and France she early discovered her love for travelling and a good glass of wine. During her studies of business economy in Graz she has grown a large network with other Erasmus students and became familiar with other countries, cultures and of course their traditional food and accompanying wines. Also during her studies she met Roland who told her into bicycling, or actually Mountainbiking, because for Roadbiking it was Katharina who convinced Roland to start with it.
Roland grew up in Graz with Mountains in the North of his hometown and vineyards in the south. Styria is also very famous for delicious food. During his travels to different countries as a tennis and skiing instructor he developed his interest for foreign cultures, languages, food and wines. He also studied business economics at the University of Graz, so it was only a matter of time until both he and Katharina bumped into each other.
This happened in 1999 in an extracurricular team training held at the university. It took some months into 1999 until they two came together. Since then we have collected so many memories together from visiting many different countries, participating in sport events together or alone, exploring food, culture, nature and different type of sports. With so many pictures and stories in mind we love to share them here on our website with family, friends and others.
